20 minutes exercises a day can make your legs thin

Make your upper body lie flat, and then use your thigh to adpress the crus for 5 to 15 seconds. At the beginning, you maybe get some pains, but you should not give up. You should last it for at least 30 minutes. Once you have done this step, you can have a rest for 5 minutes. You would better do these exercise a t the soft place in case that your back and head will not get hurt.
