Yoga For the office lady who nearly has no time to do exercise, it is easy for their arms to store much fat. Maybe you are not obesity, but your arms look fat. You'd better do this set of Yoga, and the arms will be as thin as you like.
At first, you need to sit naturally at the two thirds part of the chair. Draw yourself up and parallel the bipod. Then you should straight forward the arms, and make a fist upward. Make sure that the height should keep the same as that of shoulder. You need to bend the two elbows when you sniff, and make the arm like a right angle. The next step is to internally contract the bended elbows when you aspirate. You are asked to repeat this movement for 12 times. It will be better if you do it slowly.
The OL spend much time sitting in front of computer, and there is less time for them to exercise the arms. You can do this set of Yoga at the break time.
