I know a large number of girls love Chocolate, but they have to keep themselves from taking in more much chocolate daily due to worring about becoming fat. In fact, chocolate has a long history as a favoured food of many cultures. Today, it is also popular with people. It is considered a luxury food that should be eaten sparingly, since it can contribute to migraines, and obesity. Does chocolate have bad effect on our health? Studies are now indicating that chocolate or cocoa in moderation is actually good for us, and may help prevent heart disease, cancer and other degenerative illnesses. As far as egularly eating chocolate will lead to obesity, it is not right.
