Who created The Lose Weight Diet
March 17, 2010
Your body did. Like I said, this weight loss plan is based solely on how the human body loses weight. It has always been around. It's as simple, safe and effective as any weight loss diet could possibly be.
I know what you're thinking. If what I'm saying is true, why haven't you heard of it before? Simple... because it's never been sold to you. It's never even had a name! It's just how the human body was naturally designed to lose weight, and it's hard to sell a weight loss diet based on that alone. Not to mention, it's pretty hard to sell something that is free. I have nothing to do with it. All I did was finally give it a catchy name. A phrase people can refer to it as. Something they can respond to their friends with when they ask how they lost weight. "I'm on The Lose Weight Diet." Before that we'd just have to describe what this diet plan is. Now it has a four word title. It just makes it sound more real and official in an industry where every other weight loss program has it's own fancy name to identify it by.
The only other thing I did was give it this web site. The information about the type of diet The Lose Weight Diet is based on is already around. It's not new. I just wanted to give it sort of an official home. A place where people know to go to learn everything they need to know about it, for free. A place people can refer their friends to rather than giving them a name of a book to buy or a program to join. "Everything you need to know is at 68q.net It only helps add to the simplicity of this weight loss plan.
Feeding yourself naturally
December 2, 2009
Many people complain that weight loss is not easy. In fact, there is a effective way to loss weight. Only if you feed yourself naturally, you will get slim body.
We tend to think that to lose weight we have to restrict ourselves to starvation crash diets portions. Is it true? Time and time again, it has proven that this method of weight loss does not work. In fact, if you would like to gain weight this is the perfect method to go about it. But, if you want to loss weight with this method, now give up this idea. Studies have shown that such diets only make you fatter than you were before and damage your body in the process. It is not worth trying.
When you hear the phrase "feeding yourself naturally", what do you think of? High-priced foods, raw meals or tasteless vegetable are what I thought about when I heard about it. However, in fact, it's really nothing like that. Feeding yourself naturally is all about giving your body what it needs to function at its absolute best. You don't need to buy high price foods. Following three meals eaten on time everyday, is the best definition of feeding yourself naturally.

Chocolate and obesity
November 25, 2009
I know a large number of girls love Chocolate, but they have to keep themselves from taking in more much chocolate daily due to worring about becoming fat. In fact, chocolate has a long history as a favoured food of many cultures. Today, it is also popular with people. It is considered a luxury food that should be eaten sparingly, since it can contribute to migraines, and obesity. Does chocolate have bad effect on our health? New research is debunking these common fallacies.
Studies are now indicating that chocolate or cocoa in moderation is actually good for us, and may help prevent heart disease, cancer and other degenerative illnesses. As far as egularly eating chocolate will lead to obesity, it is not right.
As we all known, if a person regularly eats more food than their body needs, they will store the excess energy as body fat. Chocolate is energy dense, which means it contains comparatively high levels of kilojoules for its weight, approximately 2,200kJ per 100gm. Regularly eating energy dense foods is perhaps the fastest way to gain excess weight, but it would be wrong to say that regularly eating chocolate will lead to obesity. It is overeating in general that is the culprit, not specific foods.
If you have a healthy diet, you can safely eat chocolate in moderation without fear of weight gain.
