I was very surprised video games had so magic power, while many parents complained that video games were bad for their children's development.  After reading, maybe video games really were capable of helping you loss weight, I thought.
When you are playing video games, you will sweat more than when you are only watching TV passively. Why? The reason boils down to a single word: adrenalin. Those who don't like to sport, the only way they are able to sweat is when they play a fast-paced game on the game console. But, the game genre is important. When you choose the games, you should try your best to avoid any diversions that require long pauses between tasks. Racing games, like Burnout, has worked very well. You can have a try.
