It is difficult for OL to find time to do sports. Experts say that it is not good for our health if do experts immediately after meals. What is the best arrangement for OL to do exercises?
You can do some exercises in the morning if you get up early. It is better for you to do sports after you have had one glass of honey water or a piece of bread. 1 to 1.5 hours later, you can do exercises. Then have breakfast after 30 minutes. You'd better not do exercises at noon. If you do so, it may affect the normal lunch. The night is the best time for doing sports, which you have enough time to arrange for. Do not eat too much after night’s sport, which will reduce the effects of losing weight.
In a word, you can arrange the diet and sports according to your time. However, you should remember that you mustn't eat too much before and after meals. It is better to do some exercises after you have had meal 2 hours later.
