I am the one who love eating very much, but I don't like to do sports. To lose weight, I make a kind of soup. It tastes good, and also has nice effects on getting weight reduced.
You need to prepare 50 gram red bean and green bean, 15 gram hawthorn and 5 dated. Put them into the boiler and add 1000 mi. water. Keep on boiling it until the bean become soft. You should eat it when it is hot, including the soup, beans, hawthorn and date. Both red beans and green beans are rich in fiber, which is good at expulsive toxin. Hawthorn has the function of reduce fat. You'd better drink a glass of water in the morning, which will accelerate intestines and stomach peristalsis. In the morning, you only need to have this soup as breakfast. You can keep the lunch as usual. Remember that you should not have an y snack. In the evening, what you eat is also the soup, and you should have it before 7 o'clock.
