semen plantaginis, Alisma orientale, hawthorn and some meat and so on. You should remember that the meat you get must be the one without any fat. Put all the ingredients into one boiler, and add three
big bowls of water. You should turn down the fire when the water gets boiled. It will take you 2 to 3 hours to make this soup, which you can have as your lunch. To make you full, you'd better eat the meat.
You can keep the normal diet in the morning and evening, but the food mustn't be too fat. If you don't take the food that contains too much starch, you will gain a better result.
